H.E. Odontuya, a Member of the Mongolian Parliament, Vice-Chairperson of the Democratic Party’s Parliamentarians Group has met a group of Hollywood experts on 2 March at the State Palace. During the meeting they have spoken of how these experts gave a technical assistance in Hollywood to improve the image and sound quality of the Mongolian feature film “Golden Treasure” as per the Hollywood standards.

Mr Saul Molina, Circulation Director, American Cinematographer, the International Journal of Motion Imaging, mentioned that he was captivated by the Mongolian talented professionals Mr Angarag and Sant-Amar who had spotlighted their ardent enthusiasm to make publicity of Mongolia and its culture worldwide. Thus he helps them to enter the Hollywood through a correct door. He said, even a 5 minute low-budget film can be a success if it is done in the right standard and style. Mr Ricardo Stanley Mejia, expert in Sound Engineering & Recording stressed the importance of making films strictly as per the international standards from its very beginning. He said, Mongolia has unique contents, i.e. horse violin, to achieve a success at the world cinematography.

MP S.Odontuya highly appreciated such friendly cooperation and assured to attract the relevant government bodies and lawmakers to create a right environment for further development of the Mongolian cinematography. She has confirmed to attend the Opening Ceremony of “Golden Treasure” film to be held on 5 March 2016.
